How do I enroll my child?

- After your child has taken the trial and you have decided to enroll your child in our program, you’ll be asked to give your email address and your child’s name as it appears on his or her passport.
How do I settle the tuition fees?
The fees are settled via an electronic invoice link issued by Fatora. Fatora is a safe and licensed online payment gateway company.
Where do I get the abacus?
Twenty four to forty eight working hours after the fees have been settled, the abacus tool will be delivered to your address at no extra charge if you live in Qatar. If you live somewhere else in the Middle East, we will help you buy the abacus tool online and deduct its price from the tuition fees of the first level only.
How do I get the Abacus Explorer Installation link?
Twenty four to forty eight working hours after the fees have been settled, an email with the Abacus Explorer installation link & Customer ID will be sent to you to install on your or your child’s laptop.
What are the timings of the classes?
The day and timing of the weekly session will be agreed upon in a way that suits both the parent’s convenience and the assigned teacher’s availability.
How many levels does Abacus Brain Gym, Middle East consist of?
Abacus Brain Gym, Middle East consists of 12 levels.
How long is each level?
Each level is usually covered in a course of 10 weeks.
How many classes per week?
The teacher meets the student only once a week via Zoom
How long is the weekly session?
Each live zoom session is 60 minutes long.
What happens if a child misses a class?
Each of our courses should not exceed 10 weeks. However, in case of any emergency, a parent should communicate with the teacher or the program coordinator in order to postpone the class and prevent the loss of any of the 10 sessions.
Is 60 minutes a week enough for the student to learn the material and become capable of doing mental math?
60 minutes of instruction a week is perfectly sufficient if a student completes his assigned practice.
Where and how does a student complete the assigned practice?
A student completes all assigned practice on our Abacus Explorer or Abacus Mastermind. These are our software programs that can only be installed on a desktop or a laptop computer. However, we insist that our students install it on a laptop. This is simply because it is easy to adjust the camera of the laptop and lower it so that the teacher can see and monitor the student’s fingers movement on the abacus during the Zoom sessions.
How much does each level cost?

- 10 sessions of tuition
- delivery of the abacus tool to your address
- an account on Abacus Explorer (24/7)
- your child’s participation in the online International competition on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
- a completion certificate at the conclusion of every level
How many levels is Abacus Brain Gym, Middle East program?
Our Program consists of 12 levels divided into Primary, Intermediate, and high

What are the expected performance results at the end of level 12?
At the conclusion of all twelve levels, the student will be able to …
- add and subtract 10 teams or more of decimal numbers of 3 to 5 digits each using an abacus
- multiply numbers as follows: 4 digits x 2 digits / 3 digits x 3 digits / 2 digits x 4 digits using an abacus
- divide numbers as follows: 5 digits ÷ 3 digits/ 4 digits ÷ 2 digits/ 5 digits ÷ 2 digits/ 4 digits ÷ 3 digits using an abacus
- add and subtract up to 10 teams of 1digit numbers/ up to 10 teams of 2 digits numbers,/ up to 5 teams of 3 digits numbers, mentally (by imagining the abacus)
- multiply 2 digits x 1 digits/ 3 digits x 1 digit/ 2 digits x 2 digits mentally (by imagining the abacus)
- divide 2 digits ÷ 1/ 3 digits ÷ 1digit/ digits 3 digits ÷ 2 digits mentally (by imagining the abacus)
How are your students rewarded for working hard?
- A student earns a medal the first time he or she is the Best Champion of the Day on the Online International Competition (The Hall of Fame)
- A student earns small trophy the first time he or she is the Best Champion of the Week on our Online International Competition (The Hall of Fame)
- A student earns a bigger trophy and a champion’s certificate the first time he or she is the Best Champion of the Month on our Online International Competition (the Hall of Fame)
- A student earns a bigger trophy, a champion’s certificate, and a cash prize of $200 if he or she earns the title of the Best Champion of the Year. In addition, the student’s photo will be posted on our website.
